A driver rear-ended the back of a Plymouth Metrolink bus around 8 a.m. Tuesday, according to Metro Transit police.

It happened while at a red light at the corner of Highway 55 and Niagara Lane in Plymouth Minnesota.

The driver was taken to North Memorial with what are believed to be non-life threatening injuries, police said.

No were no passengers on the Metrolink bus at the time, and the bus driver was not hurt.
