An missing person alert has been issued for a 6-year-old boy who is believed to have walked away from his home Tuesday morning.

A BCA alert says Roseville police need help finding Kamryn Simmons.

Simmons apparently left his Roseville home at around 7:30 a.m. and was last seen in the 900 block of Sherren Street. At the time, he was wearing a white shirt and tan shorts. He was not carrying a blue backpack, as police initially said.

He’s described as being around 4 feet tall and 50 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is asked to call 911 or Roseville police at 651-767-0640.
