A Rochester man is facing two felony charges for an alleged sexual assault of a teenage girl.

A 15-year-old girl, reported being sexually assaulted to a school resource officer in March.

The alleged sexual assault happened on the night of March 6 at Duangvela-Noiheaun’s Rochester home. The victim said she had met him through a mutual friend.

She said they were playing a drinking game with two other people and that she awoke the next morning with Duangvela-Noiheaun laying next to her.

Duangvela-Noiheaun told her they had sex the previous night, the charges indicate. The victim told police she had no memory of the sexual encounter.

Duangvela-Noiheaun made his first court appearance in the sexual assault case on Thursday. He remains in the Olmsted County Jail on $25,000 bail.
