According to the Minnesota Department of Transportation, The southbound lanes of Hwy. 100 are currently closed near I-494 on Wednesday morning after a serious crash.

Drivers are being asked to find other routes as the southbound lanes of Hwy. 100 will be closed until 10 a.m. The exit ramp at Exit 7B ram to Normandale Blvd is also closed.

Investigators say that there are injuries but they did not say how serious or how many people were involved.

The Minnesota State Patrol is investigating the crash.
