Investigators say a group of teenagers were trespassing on the property when an 18-year-old fell onto an elevated platform.

First responders arrived after 8:30 p.m. and Minneapolis fire crews used a ladder truck to reach the injured teen.

Emergency medical care began and the teen was taken to Hennepin Healthcare.

Police did not say what led up to the fall or the extent of the victim’s injuries.
