A man is in the hospital with serious injuries after a driver hit him in Medina.

Medina police officers responded around 10:30 a.m. Thursday to a crash involving a car and a pedestrian at County Road 24 and Willow Drive.

Officials said Thursday a nearby hospital is treating the man for critical injuries.

The Minnesota State Patrol is assisting with the investigation
