Como Zoo in Saint Paul was evacuated on Saturday afternoon after a bomb threat was reported.

Como Park Zoo & Conservatory said a report was received that a bomb had been planted on the grounds. Zoo officials called 911 and are working with St. Paul police.

All guests and nonessential staff were evacuated and animals were secured, in accordance with safety protocols.

More information is expected to be released at a later time.
