According to St Paul police. A man was killed and another was injured after a shooting at a St. Paul apartment complex.

St Paul Officers responded to the Lowertown neighborhood just before midnight on Thursday where they found one man with a gunshot wound to the stomach. A second man was found inside the apartment with a gunshot wound to the leg.

The victim who was shot in the stomach was rushed to the hospital but he did not survive.

People reported hearing gunshots near 7th Street East and Wacouta Street just before midnight.

There have been no arrests and St. Paul police say they are searching for a suspect.
