Saint Cloud Police is warning residents to stay away from 9th and 10th Avenues after flood waters covered the roads.

According to the Police Dept, flooding has closed 9th and 10th Avenues under the Highway 23 bridge; vehicles are advised to find another route.

The roads will remain closed until water recedes to prevent vehicles from stalling or being carried away.
