Police are investigating after a man was shot to death in Minneapolis early Sunday morning.

Minneapolis Police officers were called to the 300 block of Wilson Street around 1:00 a.m. with the report of a shooting. Responders found a man in the street with life-threatening gunshot wound, who later died at the scene

Police say officers secured the scene and managed a large crowd leaving a party at a nearby building.

Authorities say that investigators are working to determine what led up to the shooting.

No arrests have been made at this time.
