Durell Marque Williamson, 36, of St. Cloud, is accused of punching a woman repeatedly in the face, allegedly causing complex facial fractures, after she asked for a ride home.
On April 30, 2026, at approximately 7:01 a.m., an officer with the St. Cloud Police Department was dispatched to an assault report at a residence on 2nd Street SE. Upon arrival, law enforcement located the victim, identified in court documents as Victim A, across the street from the incident location. Victim A reportedly stated she had been at a downtown bar and was later taken to the residence. When she requested a ride home and was refused, a male at the residence allegedly punched her in the face. Officers noted significant swelling on the right side of Victim A’s face.
Officers attempted to contact individuals at the residence but initially received no response. Victim A indicated she had left her jacket inside, which contained her identification and credit cards. When officers returned to the door, it was slightly ajar with a black jacket hanging from it. Inside the jacket, officers located Victim A’s belongings alongside an ID belonging to Durell Marque Williamson. Victim A reportedly identified the individual on the ID as the man who assaulted her.
Medical records for Victim A allegedly indicated she sustained complex right facial fractures involving the inferior and lateral orbital walls, as well as the medial, anterior, and lateral maxillary sinus walls and zygomatic arch. During the investigation, law enforcement interviewed an adult female witness who lived at the residence. The witness reported seeing her boyfriend and Victim A arguing, followed by Williamson allegedly grabbing Victim A, pushing her toward the front door, and punching her multiple times in the face.
