A man is dead after a motorcycle crash in Cottage Grove on Sunday morning according to Minnesota State Patrol.

A Aprilia RSV4 motorcycle was going northwest on Highway 61 to exit to northbound Highway 95, and a Honda Passport was going south on Highway 95 approaching the traffic light.

The driver of the motorcycle, a 28-year-old man from Hastings, hit the Honda and died from his injuries. His identity is expected to be released on Monday.

The driver of the Honda was not injured.
